What to Expect
As you prepare for your surgery, let us know of any special requests. We will work closely with you to meet your needs.
You will receive a phone call from our Pre-Services department within 10 days of your scheduled procedure, as well as a phone call informing you of your time of arrival. If you do not hear from us by 3 p.m. the day before your surgery, please call.
If English is your second language or if you use sign language, we are happy to provide an interpreter to better support your care experience at no cost.
