CentraCare Senior Services
Providing Health Care & Assisted Living in Central Minnesota
Seniors have specific and changing health care needs. From caregiving support and retirement communities to Alzheimer’s treatment, CentraCare is here to help. We have developed several programs that address the complex challenges seniors frequently face. Our compassionate team is specially trained to work with patients who need special medical assistance, and it is our goal to improve independence and quality of life wherever possible.
Our senior care services include:
The Balance & Dizziness Program – To assist seniors in managing vertigo and other balance programs. The balance team collaborates with the behavioral health program to provide more comprehensive care for patients with chronic conditions and behavioral health issues.
Home Care Services – Many people are capable of living at home alone, but still have trouble making their way to the doctor. We provide numerous home care services so that you can receive care in the comfort of your own residence.
Home Delivered Meals – This program provides balanced, nutritious meals to people who qualify for the program throughout Central Minnesota.
Hospice – When a patient is in the final stages of life, our compassionate hospice care team strives to provide them with everything they need to be as comfortable as possible. We also offer grief and bereavement services for family members.
Medical Alert Service – This service helps many patients maintain their independence. With the press of a button, a medical team will be on their way to help someone who is in need of assistance.
Memory Care Services – We provide patients and family members with education to manage and cope with memory loss. This service includes memory loss assessments, treatment, and therapy.
Palliative Care – Care aimed at improving the quality of life for patients with chronic conditions. Palliative care is focused on treating the symptoms, not the disease.
Rehabilitation – Care Centers that offer individualized rehabilitation programs including:
- IV Therapy

Therapeutic Recreation – Residents, tenants and patients daily living is further enhanced by a variety of social and recreational opportunities that are offered, which encourages each individual to remain active, challenged, stimulated and, most of all, to have fun!
