No Physician Order Required

Take Control of Your Health by Ordering Your Own Laboratory Tests.

  • A provider’s order is not required for these tests.
  • No appointment is necessary.
  • Anyone under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • You must pay for the tests in advance by cash (excludes Rice Memorial Hospital) or check; insurance will not be billed.
  • Most test results will be mailed to you within two to three working days. You are encouraged to share them with your health care provider.
  • We will notify you of critical test results.
  • Testing is performed by trained professionals in compliance with regulatory agencies, ensuring accurate and precise results.
  • You are responsible for contacting a provider regarding your test results, if necessary.
