Scheduling an Integrated Behavioral Health Appointment
To schedule an appointment with an Integrated Behavioral Health provider at your clinic, stop at the front desk or call CentraCare Connect at 320-200-3200. You do not need a referral from your primary care provider.
Your provider may suggest you be seen during your office visit or encourage you to make a future appointment.
What to expect
- Quick access to behavioral health providers
- 15-30 minute appointments. Video visits are available.
- Your health insurance will be billed for your behavioral health visit. If you do not have insurance, or are in need of assistance, call the CentraCare Business Office at 320-255-5613.
