For the safety of our young patients, the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a locked unit.

Visitors

9 a.m. to 9 p.m:

  • Park in North Visitor Ramp or Lot.
  • Take Lakes elevator to Floor 3.
  • Give patient’s first and last name, plus your photo ID to receptionist.

9 p.m. to 9 a.m.:

  • Park in South Ramp (visitor parking).
  • Go to Emergency entrance. Take Center elevator to Floor 3.
  • Give patient’s first and last name, plus your photo ID to receptionist.

Since the safety of your baby is very important to us, the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a locked unit. Right after birth, the baby will get an umbilical tag transmitter. An alarm will sound if the transmitter is removed or taken through a monitored exit (all doors and elevators on Floor 3).
