Giving birth is one of the most exciting and personal experiences you and your family will ever have. We are here to support you through labor, delivery and postpartum care. Our birthing suites are designed to feel like home and be as comfortable as possible. You can relax in a whirlpool tub, choose from different pain management options, including nitrous oxide and epidurals, and get support from our lactation counselor. We follow baby-friendly guidelines, offer skin-to-skin contact after delivery, and make sure you and your baby are safe and comfortable.
Our family medicine doctors and skilled nurses will work with you to plan the birthing experience you want, giving you the best care possible.

Planning for Your Baby
Preparing for the arrival of your baby will make your experience better and more enjoyable. We encourage you to attend a childbirth preparation class during your second trimester to learn about labor and delivery routines, newborn and post-partum care, and breastfeeding. Sign up for a class today!
We also encourage you to check with your health plan about your preadmission requirements, length of stay and other concerns.
During Labor and Delivery
To ensure the smoothest admission possible, we encourage you to give us a courtesy call, letting us know that you are on your way. When you arrive, please go to the hospital/emergency entrance.
During labor and delivery, several pain relief options are available to you, including nitrous oxide and epidurals, as well as natural pain relief aids like whirlpool tubs and birthing balls. Doulas are also welcome to support you through your birth experience.
Private Suites
Our private birthing suites allow you to stay in the same room for labor, birth and post-partum care. Each suite has a sleeping space for your support partner, family friendly visiting space and WiFi. As protection for the baby, we provide an infant security system.
We have room amenities that make your experience more comfortable. Each suite includes a private bath with whirlpool tub for relaxing after the birth of your baby.
Going Home
Typically, you will be discharged on the second day after birth for a vaginal delivery and on the third day after birth for a C-section. You may choose to leave earlier if you feel ready.
