Visitors

9 a.m. to 9 p.m:

  • Park in North Visitor Ramp or Lot.
  • Take Lakes elevator to Floor 3.
  • For visitors 16+, show the receptionist a government-issued photo ID, provide the patient’s first and last name and wear the printed badge you receive at all times while in the hospital.

9 p.m. to 9 a.m.:

  • Park in South Ramp (visitor parking).
  • Go to Emergency entrance. Take Center elevator to Floor 3.
  • For visitors 16+, show the receptionist a government-issued photo ID, provide the patient’s first and last name and wear the printed badge you receive at all times while in the hospital.

Since the safety of your baby is very important to us, the CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a locked unit. Right after birth, the baby will get an umbilical tag transmitter. An alarm will sound if the transmitter is removed or taken through a monitored exit (all doors and elevators on Floor 3).
