About This Location
CentraCare – Family Health Clinic is a full-spectrum family medicine clinic providing care to patients of all ages including pregnancy-related care. We manage acute illnesses, take care of chronic diseases, emphasize wellness and prevention, and perform office procedures. Our family physicians train new physicians (residents) in the specialty of family medicine in partnership with the University of Minnesota Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. Your care team may include resident doctors, family medicine doctors, and advanced practice providers. We also have many resources on site to comprehensively manage your health.

Pregnancy and Baby Care
We specialize in caring for all ages, including pregnancy and baby care. The provider you choose will be there for all your health care needs, including during pregnancy, labor and delivery of your baby. We specialize in caring for the entire family, so you and your baby can continue to see the same provider throughout your life.
Our clinic has a Mother’s Room that is available for those who are breastfeeding, pumping or in need of a quiet space for mom and baby time.

To schedule an appointment, call 320-240-3157. You will need to schedule a separate appointment for each family member. Tell us if you will need an interpreter. This service is free.
Payment
Please bring your insurance information to your visit. We file most types of insurance including Medicare, Medical Assistance and MN Care. Financial Assistance may be available if you are uninsured or cannot afford to pay. Learn more about Financial Assistance options.
