St. Cloud Hospital School of Diagnostic Imaging
St. Cloud Hospital’s School of Diagnostic Imaging provides the education needed to become a radiologic technologist (radiographer) for students enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.
The program provides:
- Optimal clinical experience in a variety of settings

- Highly qualified faculty committed to student success
The program is offered as a full-time day option only for students completing a baccalaureate degree from affiliated universities.
St. Cloud Hospital School of Diagnostic Imaging is affiliated with Briar Cliff University, St. Cloud State University, North Dakota State University, and University of Mary.
Eligible students must first be enrolled in one of these universities and have completed pre-requisite courses prior to beginning the Admission Process.
The Student Handbook contains all the current policies and procedures, in addition to a two-year academic calendar.
The students will spend about 40 hours each week in either didactic and laboratory courses or clinical rotations. The program does not offer any distance education. Clinical assignments are scheduled between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. and include weekend schedules. Approximately 10 percent of the student’s total clinical clock hours are spent on evening and weekend assignments. All students will be offered the opportunity to participate in a variety of modalities including mammography.
