Alexis Duevel, PharmD – PGY1 Resident 2024-2025

Practice Interests: Critical care, emergency medicine, pediatrics and neonatal care

Resident Capstone Project: Piloting and Operationalizing a Dedicated General Surgery Pharmacist – A Pilot Study.

Dr. Duevel is originally from Kimball, Minn. and graduated from Roseman University of Health Sciences (Henderson Campus) in May 2024. Alexis is currently a member of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee at CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital. Outside of work Alexis enjoys playing volleyball and softball, fishing and spending time with her husband and pets.

Emily Hayes, PharmD – PGY1 Resident 2024-2025

Practice Interests: Infectious disease, emergency medicine, anticoagulation

Residency Capstone Project: Building A Quality Control Mechanism for an AUC/MIC Guided Vancomycin Dosing Protocol – A Quality Improvement Assessment and Analysis

Dr. Hayes is originally from Delano, Minn. and graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. Emily currently serves as a member of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee at St. Cloud Hospital. Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, being at the cabin, baking and trying out new breweries around the state.

Paige Putz, PharmD – PGY1 Resident 2024-2025

Practice Interests: Toxicology, critical care, emergency medicine and cardiology

Residency Capstone Project: Examining the Applications of the Medical Regiment Complexity (MRC) - ICU Score Integrated into an Electronic Health Record at a Tertiary Community Hospital

Dr. Putz is originally from St. Cloud, Minn. and graduated from the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy in May 2024. Paige currently serves as a member of the Medication Safety Committee at CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital. Outside of work, Paige enjoys reading, watching reality TV, being on the lake and spending time with friends and family.
