  What I Do
  I joined CentraCare for the opportunity to be part of an excellent OB hospitalist team at the Birth Center at CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital. Doing this work, I’m able to care for a great number of high-risk patients while pursuing my passion of providing evidence-based medicine with kindness and compassion.

  Why I Love My Work
  I chose this career because of the lack of color in medicine and my desire to empower women. When women are knowledgeable about their health, they can make the best decisions to optimize their care. I love taking care of patients and am honored that they allow me to be part of their family history when I am doing their prenatal care and/or delivery.

  Getting to Know Me
  I am a veteran, serving as an OB/GYN in the U.S. Navy in Sicily and Japan. I moved to Central Minnesota because of the people, community and opportunities. Outside of work, I like gardening, beekeeping, reading and traveling.
