  Biography

  What I Do
  A registered dietitian, I individualize care to meet each patient’s goal. Not everyone is the same; care should not be either. My special clinical interest is weight management for adults and children.

  Why I Love My Work
  I enjoy building one-on-one relationships with my patients and helping them work through healthy, lifelong behavior changes, which they can incorporate into their daily lives.

  Getting to Know Me
  Outside of work I enjoy hiking through different state parks, taking walks through town and teaching dance. I also enjoy cooking and baking. I believe everything in life is about moderation and balance – I strive to live my life this way.
