  What I Do
  I chose general surgery as my specialty of interest because it directly impacts disease in multiple organ systems, and surgery allows me to make immediate improvements in health and well-being. It is a wonderful profession with the opportunity to ease suffering and improve people's lives. My clinical interests include acute care and trauma surgery.

  What I love the most in my job are working with my colleagues and doing patient care.

  Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and riding motorcycles. I also enjoy spending time with my grandchildren.
