  What I Do
  My philosophy of care is to treat a person as a whole. I consider lifestyle, habits, stress, change, mental health disorders and medical problems when I look at my patients. These are all factors that can get in the way of living life the way you would like to. I work in collaboration with primary care providers at the clinic to provide Integrated Behavioral Health. My clinical interests include primary care behavioral health, acceptance and commitment therapy, accelerated resolution therapy, grief and loss.
