  What I Do
  My philosophy of care is to build successful outcomes on a foundation of compassion, trust and respect. This includes appreciating self-awareness/knowledge, engaging wholeheartedly in the process of counseling and tailoring our work to accomplish goals. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment, identity and relationships.
