  What I Do
  I live an active lifestyle and work to integrate health and wellness into my patients’ care. My clinical interests include active spinal rehab, pilates core strengthening, general orthopedics, manual therapy including myofascial release, craniosacral techniques, and muscle energy releases.

  The best part of my job is working with different types of patients and improving their journey to better health.

  Outside of work, I enjoy biking, kayaking, archery, pickle ball, and hiking trails.
