    Biography

    What I Do

I approach caring for my patients by meeting them where they are and walking alongside them as they make the changes necessary to improve their current situation. I believe that the most effective treatment is patient centered.

My clinical interests are depression, anxiety, PTSD, and problematic marital and family dynamics.

    Why I Love My Work

I enjoy seeing the patients I work with feel better, and it is rewarding when they see they can move forward from the past hurts and difficult experiences.

My motivation to go into healthcare is because I have always enjoyed helping people and have seen the power in being seen and heard. I chose this specialty because I believe that empowered people change the world for the better.

    Getting to Know Me

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and truthfully, there is not much time left over for anything else! When the weather is nice though, I can be known to take a leisurely jog.
