  Biography

  What I Do
  My philosophy of care is to provide each patient with safe and compassionate care while respecting and assisting in their decisions regarding their health and well-being. My specialty is oncology. I always had an interest in oncology. The patients I get to work with each day continue to inspire me and I am honored to help them in any way possible. My special clinical interests include brain, central nervous system tumors and lung cancers.

  Why I Love My Work
  I enjoy helping my patients through their cancer journey, whether through explaining processes, assisting with their scheduling needs or educating them on their cancer treatment or prognosis, I feel I have made an impact and provided some sense of relief.

  I also enjoy working at CentraCare because they serve everyone with compassion, dignity and respect. Those are aspects that I look for in a company. I enjoy that they do not see you as just another number, but an individual while they care for you.

  Getting to Know Me
  I am a born and raised Minnesota girl! I love that we have all the seasons and get to experience all that Minnesota has to offer. I enjoy swimming in the summers and ice skating in the winter on our gorgeous lakes. I have lived in other places in the past and there is just nothing like Minnesota nice! Outside of work, I also enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. I enjoy reading, going to the movies and playing cards with my family and friends.
