    Biography

    What I Do

It is a privilege to treat surgical patients in their entirety and to provide complete and conscientious care in their sickest or most vulnerable moments. My goal is to provide patients and their families with compassionate care and respect through shared decision making.

My clinical interests include trauma, emergency general surgery, and critical care.

    Why I Love My Work

I enjoy being a member of the care team and supporting patients and their families through treatment and recovery.

My passion lies in the care of the surgical patient — both within and beyond the operating room. The intricacies of the critically ill surgical patient demand collaborative effort and commitment from all members of the care team.

    Getting to Know Me

Outside of work, I like reading fiction, cooking, traveling and spending time with my family and friends.
