  What I Do
  I believe in a strength-based approach with the patients I work with. This type of approach focuses on the individuals' values, strengths and self-determination. Through this approach, patients can find value and control over their skills and strength rather than focusing on negative characteristics. I work to help my patients identify constraints that might be holding them back from growth while also identifying skills to enable them to flourish and grow. My hope for my patients is that they leave my office feeling resilient, validated and empowered to challenge themselves to become their best and brightest self.

  Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, camping, boating, hiking, reading and spending time with my family and my dog.
