  What I Do
  My philosophy of care is to meet every patient where they are in their journey and explore interventions together that will be helpful to reach their desired goals. In my practice, a person-centered, solution-focused approach is utilized to assist patients. It is my clinical view that health is a state of well-being throughout physical, mental and social aspects and not merely the absence of illness. I work in collaboration with primary care providers to provide integrated behavioral health.

  What I enjoy most about my work is the wide range of patients I get to work alongside as they work through current psychosocial pressures.
