Biography What I Do
I pride myself on treating each patient and encounter uniquely. I spend my time with each patient to understand and recognize their experiences, goals, and expectations of care. By doing so, I hope to help my patients get the care they are looking for at each visit.A few of my clinical interests include men’s health, children’s health, and mental health. Men’s health and mental health are areas that can sometimes be overlooked, and I enjoy helping patients understand their health conditions and care options.
Why I Love My Work
Growing up in rural Minnesota, I recognized many disparities that affect these areas including convenient access to health care services. I am here to help reduce disparities and bring services to local communities. Part of being in family practice is the ability to recognize and treat many conditions. I stay up-to-date and follow evidence-based practices to help my patients get the best outcomes.Getting to Know Me
I grew up and have worked in rural central Minnesota most of my life. I have many shared values and beliefs that are the foundation of these communities. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son. I stay active camping and hiking throughout Minnesota’s county, state, and national forests. My other hobbies include fishing, target shooting, hunting, snowmobiling, and traveling.Education -
