  What I Do

  I approach patient care by taking the time to listen and learn about my patients' lifestyle habits, establishing individual goals with a focus on health and wellness.

  My clinical interests include diabetes, pre-diabetes, cardiovascular health, and weight management.

  Why I Love My Work

  My own health journey, which involved numerous medical appointments as a teenager, led me to pursue a career in outpatient care. An elective nutrition course during my second year of college provided the clarity I needed to pursue a degree in Dietetics.

  Getting to Know Me

  I enjoy spending time with my family doing outdoor activities such as hiking, snowshoeing, gardening, and boating. A unique fact about me is that I am a winter enthusiast who loves a lot of snow.
