  Biography

  What I Do
  As a physical therapist my number one priority is to educate patients on the “why” behind their symptoms and experiences. With this understanding, I believe that patients have one of the tools necessary to self-manage and heal. My special clinical interests include lymphedema, oncologic related deconditioning, pain and dysfunction of the lower extremities, and post-partum return to exercise.

  Why I Love My Work
  I enjoy the unpredictable nature of my job. Each patient has a different story and I enjoy problem solving to guide them towards goal achievement. I will meet each patient where they are on their physical activity journey.

  Getting to Know Me
  Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my two Siberian huskies. My hobbies include exercise, kayaking, rollerblading, gardening, crafting, and cooking/baking new recipes. I love to travel and experience new cultures and cuisine.
