    Biography

    What I Do
My philosophy of care is to treat the whole person and just the diagnosis they are coming to physical therapy with. Everyone is unique and the way they experience their pain or dysfunction is equally unique to them. I hope to empower patients to challenge themselves and learn more about what their body is capable of while being guided on their physical therapy journey. My clinical interests include general orthopedics, post-operative rehabilitation and working with prior athletes wanting to resume their physical activity. I also have completed research about the impact of blood pressure cuff over-inflation on blood pressure measurements in adults.

    Why I Love My Work
I enjoy the relationships I form with my patients and the ability to share my knowledge with others. My patients motivate me to become a better clinician and motivate me to keep learning. I equally enjoy the relationships I make with my colleagues who serve as mentors, resources and friends both in and out of the workplace.

    Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter. We enjoy camping, playing cards and board games, supporting local breweries and spending time with our family.
