  Dr. Delage is an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME), who is authorized to conduct physical examinations for Second- and Third-Class Medical Certificates. He has 20 years' experience as a pilot and 18 years with the Air Force in the Air National Guard. He retired from the Air National Guard as a Chief Flight Surgeon and the State Air Surgeon in 2022. He is familiar with the waiver process and flight standards and offers exams as well as aviation medical consultations. He is available for questions and is willing to discuss all aspects of aviation medicine.
