Biography What I Do
My philosophy of care is strength-based and client-centered. This philosophy includes providing a nurturing, supportive environment, meeting clients where they are at, and identifying and using their personal strengths to improve other areas that we’re working on together.I have experience working with individuals of all ages and with a wide range of concerns. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, loss, PTSD, substance abuse, the LGBTQ+ community and aging. I also have special interests in dialectical behavior therapy, anger management, motivational interviewing and mindfulness.
I’ve completed additional training in transgender and gender-diverse medical care.
