  What I Do
  When working with adolescents and families, I believe in using a strength-based approach. For adolescents, my goal is to support them in improving their emotion regulation, self-esteem and ability to communicate their needs. For parents, my goal is for them to become more attuned with not only their child's emotional needs but also their own, while also helping them learn how to best support these needs.

  Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, crocheting, sewing, biking and traveling.
