CentraCare Opening Family Medicine Practice in Baxter

CentraCare will be expanding services offered at its clinic in Baxter to include full-scope family medicine care beginning April 4, 2022.

Three physicians and a team of support staff have joined CentraCare to provide comprehensive health care for every member of the family at every stage of life. Drs. Kurt DeVine, Heather Bell and Christopher Bell will make up the physician team bringing decades of experience in family medicine.

Currently, CentraCare – Baxter Clinic offers a variety of specialty care services in one location including kidney care, urology, brain & spine care, rheumatology, heart care, plastic surgery, cancer care and maternal-fetal medicine. By adding family medicine to these services in the Baxter area, patients will have convenient access to the care they need closer to home.

"CentraCare opened the clinic in 2018 as a commitment to residents in the area who often traveled to St. Cloud for specialty care," said Bryan Bauck, executive director of Western Region Rural Health. "Now, with the addition of family medicine care, we hope to create an even better experience for our patients in the area."
