Oven Roasted Root Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes
- 3 large carrots
- 2 turnips
- 1 large onion
- 1 small rutabaga
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Peel, and chop the vegetables into 1 inch squares. Add to a large roasting pan.
- Add seasoning, salt and pepper. Add olive oil and toss to coat.
- Roast in oven uncovered until vegetables are tender.
