Chicken or Steak Fajitas
Ingredients:
- 2 flank steaks or 2 chicken breasts cut in strips
- 1 large onion sliced
- 2 to 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green or orange)
- 1 container cherry tomatoes (optional)
- 1 package of fajita seasoning
- 1 package of wheat tortillas
Directions:
- Mix the steak and fajita seasoning in a re-sealable plastic bag and let set overnight.
- Heat grill to 350°F to 400°F.
- In an aluminum pan, add vegetables and drizzle with olive oil.
- When veggies are close to done (about 10 to 15 minutes or so), add the meat to another aluminum pan on the grill and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Heat tortillas for about 30 seconds when the meat and vegetables are done.
- Fill tortillas with meat and vegetables.
