CentraCare Health expands Weight Management Program to include Sauk Centre

CentraCare Weight Management is expanding its outreach services to include Sauk Centre and the surrounding communities.

Effective June 5, patients will be able to receive weight management services at the CentraCare Health — Sauk Centre. With a track record of helping more than 2,600 people, CentraCare Weight Management includes a broad medical team including a physician, advanced practice providers, dietitians and health coaches. This team offers personalized services and weight loss plans tailored to each patient.

Interested persons can find out more about the program at the Ladies Night Out event on May 16 which runs from 4-8:30 at the Sauk Centre Civic Arena.

“We are pleased to be able to expand our services to the Sauk Centre area. Our team looks forward to assisting patients on their weight loss journeys,” said Shawn Day, DO, medical director and one of only 78 board-certified obesity medicine physicians in the state of Minnesota.

CentraCare Weight Management, based at the CentraCare River Campus Clinic in St. Cloud, includes other outreach sites in Monticello, Paynesville and Lifestyle Health in St. Cloud.
