The Bounce Back Project is hosting a free community presentation, Hardwired to Connect: Why Relationships are the Key to Resilience featuring author Erin Walsh on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 from 7 – 8 p.m. at the Monticello High School Auditorium.
Attend this inspiring, free event to learn how our brains are wired for maximum performance when we feel connected to our families, peers and community and discover practical strategies that will leave you feeling affirmed, inspired and ready to build more connected communities.
The goal of our Bounce Back Project Speaker Series is to offer people an opportunity to come together and learn effective ways to improve happiness in their homes and in their communities,” said Melissa Pribyl, MSN, RN, Community Health and Wellness Specialist at CentraCare Health – Monticello. “Hardwired to Connect will demonstrate the impact of how connecting with others positively impacts our overall health. When we connect, we can make a difference not only in our own lives but also in the lives of those around us.”
