Use 3 Tablespoons to replace one packet of commercial mixes.

Mix together

• 5 tablespoons ground cumin
• 6 tablespoons Chili powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion flakes
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
