Turkey and Avocado Wrap

Ingredients
- ½ avocado
- 2 Tbsp. plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 4 large low carbohydrate tortillas
- 12 oz. low sodium, deli-style turkey breast
- 4 tsp. sunflower seeds
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together avocado and Greek yogurt.
- Spread avocado mixture evenly onto 4 tortillas.
- Top each tortilla with 3 oz. turkey, 1 tsp. sunflower seeds, 2 slices tomato, and ¼ cup lettuce.
