Salmon Spread

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces salmon, packaged
  • 6 ounces fat-free cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Hellman’s Canola Mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 dash ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dill

Directions

Put salmon and remaining ingredients in a food processor. Process until creamy. Serve with fresh vegetables or whole-grain crackers.

Yield: 12 servings (1 serving = 2 tablespoons)
