Roasted Garlic Hummus Toast with Sprouts
Ingredients
- 6 slices whole grain French bread, sliced at a diagonal about ½- to 1-inch thick
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 Tbsp. roasted garlic hummus
- 2 oz. sprouts (broccoli or alfalfa)
- 15 slices English cucumber
- ½ cup sundried tomatoes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Brush each slice of bread with a little olive oil. Place each slice directly on the oven grate and bake for 3-5 minutes or until slightly toasted. Remove from oven and place on a serving tray or plate.
- Spread each toast with roasted garlic hummus. Top with sprouts.
- Top with sliced cucumber and then sundried tomatoes.
Note: Amount of each ingredient used will vary depending on the size of your bread slices.
