Quinoa Granola
Recipe adapted from Cookie Madness
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup slivered almonds (can use any type of nuts you like)
- 1/3 cup quinoa, uncooked
- 1/6 cup honey
- 1 ½ Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
- In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
- Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Spread out granola mixture on cookie sheet.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 9-10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
Yield: 3 2/3 cups 2 ½ Tbsp. = serving
