Quinoa Granola

Recipe adapted from Cookie Madness

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup slivered almonds (can use any type of nuts you like)
  • 1/3 cup quinoa, uncooked
  • 1/6 cup honey
  • 1 ½ Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Spread out granola mixture on cookie sheet.
  3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 9-10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.

Yield: 3 2/3 cups 2 ½ Tbsp. = serving
