Pumpkin Mousse
Ingredients
- 3 cups skim milk
- 2 packages (4 serving size) Vanilla flavor Fat-Free Sugar-Free Instant pudding mix
- 1 can (15-ounce) pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Free
Directions
Add milk to dry pudding mix in medium bowl. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Stir in pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
*Can put his in graham cracker pie crust and serve as a pie, or serve in a dish.
Yield: 12 servings (1 serving = 1/2 cup)
