Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/4 cup raspberry or red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds

Directions

In a blender, combine the sugar, vinegar, orange juice, onion powder, and ginger; cover and process until blended. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. 

Stir in poppy seeds. 

Chill until serving.

Yield: 1 cup (1 serving = 2 tablespoons)
