Pinto Bean and Salsa Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounces) can of pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup of salsa
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
Directions
Mix all ingredients in food processor or blender until the mixture is smooth. Place dip in a bowl and serve.
Serve with tortilla chips or cut up vegetables.
Yield: 2 cups (1 serving = 2 tablespoons)
