Peanut Butter Power Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 3 cups oats (non-instant)
- 1/2 cup flaxseed, ground
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, dates, etc.)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc.)
Directions
Mix peanut butter and honey until smooth. Gradually add in oats and flaxseed, and then fold in other ingredients. Roll into ping-pong size balls. Store them in the refrigerator or freezer. You can switch up the add-ins – just keep the total to 1-1/2 cups.
Yield: One batch makes about 45 balls. Each ball contains 1/2 teaspoon flaxseed
