Microwave Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1 small brown paper bag
  • 1/4 cup popping corn
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Any low sodium/sodium free seasonings

Directions

  1. Pour popping corn and then the oil into bag.
  2. Shake the bag to coat the popcorn.
  3. Add salt, shake the bag.
  4. Fold over the top of the bag twice.
  5. Cook on High for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.
  6. Add seasoning if desired, shake bag.

Yield: 6 to 7 cups popcorn (1 serving = 2 cups)
