Microwave Popcorn
Ingredients
- 1 small brown paper bag
- 1/4 cup popping corn
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Any low sodium/sodium free seasonings
Directions
- Pour popping corn and then the oil into bag.
- Shake the bag to coat the popcorn.
- Add salt, shake the bag.
- Fold over the top of the bag twice.
- Cook on High for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.
- Add seasoning if desired, shake bag.
Yield: 6 to 7 cups popcorn (1 serving = 2 cups)
