Manicotti
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 26-ounce jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces fat free Ricotta Cheese
- 1 egg white
- 7 Manicotti Shells
Directions
Make this a day in advance and cook it the next day. This allows the shells to soften.
Mix cheeses and egg white together. Stuff uncooked manicotti shells with cheese mixture.
Place in an 8 x 8-inch sprayed pan. Pour jar of spaghetti sauce over shells so they are covered.
Sprinkle a little more mozzarella cheese over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next day, bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes.
