Mango Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 can of reduced sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup red or sweet onion, diced
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
  • Juice of ½ a lime

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined. Serve with tortilla chips.
