Frozen Lemon Phyllo Clouds

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon sugar-free lemonade powder
- 1 container (6 oz.) light lemon yogurt
- 1 tub (8 oz.) fat-free whipped topping, thawed
- 2 packages (15 count each) mini phyllo shells
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine lemonade powder and yogurt. Fold whipped topping into mixture. Spoon or pipe 1 Tablespoon of filling into each shell. Place shells into freezer for at least an hour. Serve.
Make ahead: Filled shells can be wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen. To serve, unwrap and thaw.
