Festive Fruit Phyllo Tartlets

Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, reduced fat
- 4 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 30 mini phyllo shells
- Fresh fruit for garnish (i.e. raspberries, blueberries)
Directions
In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave cream cheese on high for 20-30 seconds or until softened. Stir in sugar and vanilla until well blended. Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon of filling into each shell. Top with fruit of choice.
