Cranberry Walnut Chopped Salad
Salad Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 4 cups red cabbage, finely sliced
- 4 cups green cabbage, finely sliced
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
Dressing Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/3 cup sugar or 2-1/2 tablespoons Splenda Blend for Baking
Directions
Mix the dressing ingredients together. Put the chopped salad ingredients into a bowl and toss with the dressing. Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours before serving. Stir.
This keeps for about 5 days covered and refrigerated.
