Chocolava Cookies

Ingredients
- 1-1/3 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3 large egg whites, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla Powdered Sugar
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in oil until mixture is combined and crumbly. Add egg whites and vanilla. stir just until the dough comes together.
Roll into 1-1/2-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar to coat. Place on coated (with cooking spray) baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes until set around the edges, but still soft in the middle.
Yield: 2 dozen cookies (1 serving = 1 cookie)
