Chicken and Strawberry Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup poppy seed dressing (see recipe in this section)
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise with olive or canola oil
- 3 (3-ounces each) cooked skinless chicken breast, cut up
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 cups fresh strawberries - cut up
- 1 avocado, cut up
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Directions
Whisk together dressing and mayonnaise in a large bowl; cover and chill for 30 minutes.
Add chicken, celery, strawberries, avocado, onion, and almonds to dressing mixture, gently tossing to coat.
Serve over mixed salad greens or as a sandwich in a wrap, pita, or bread.
